proven by Schrödinger (1944), Maturana & Varela (1972), Bowlby (1969),
Harlow (1958), Cacioppo (2008), Friston (2010), Max-Neef (1991), Kauffman (1993),
and Odum (1983). Every arc output is scored. Scores feed a 729-entry planetary state
tensor Ω ∈ [0,1]9×9×9. Seven scientific indices
— PAI, NSM, LVS, TPV, CCC, SEE, FEG — produce the
Planetary State Score. This field does not produce opinions.

What this field does
Every output is scored. Scores accumulate in a 729-entry tensor across nine needs,
nine domains, nine scales. Seven scientific indices produce the Planetary State Score.
Live planetary data feeds the tensor every cycle: atmospheric CO² from NOAA Mauna Loa, active fires from NASA FIRMS, water stress from USGS, child mortality from WHO, global displacement from UNHCR, unemployment from ILO, poverty and inequality from World Bank. 6 of 9 planetary boundaries confirmed transgressed (Richardson et al., 2023).
